A few people have mentioned that they are unable to download magazines from this site (I'm not sure why), but here are a couple of suggestions if you are having this problem:

"What was happening is after I clicked on the particular issue, another page opens for looking at or reading the pdf file. At this point the pdf is actually there. You just can't see it. To remedy, I just began to hit the "save as" icon and it begins to download. Not sure why its so slow, but nevertheless it eventually shows itself after it completely downloads."

Another solution to try is rather than clicking on the magazine link you right-click it then select "Save as" or Save target as" from the menu. This should start the download process.
